Gutter, Siding, Metal, Door/Window, Kitchen and Bath Sub Contractor Mechanics:

Sub contractors must have current General Liability insurance with 1 million dollar coverage, Workman’s compensation insurance and commercial auto insurance.
Sub contractors must have all of their own tools, transportation and gutter machines are a plus.
Sub contractors shall not have lettered vehicles, other company apparel, and or marketing/advertising information other than Brothers Services Company.
Neat and clean appearance of employees, vehicles and equipment.
Must provide at least 3 business referrals to qualify to be a Brothers Services sub contractor.
Pay terms: sub invoicing to BSC headquarters no later than Monday at 10am, BSC will have your payment ready that Friday for pick up or mail.
