Mechanics In Training:

Neat and clean appearance, ambitious, clean driving record, clean background check and professional references.
Must have a strong desire to learn construction skill sets and a positive work ethic.
Mechanics in training positions: Gutter, siding, windows and doors.
Kitchen and Bath mechanics in training are also available.
Mechanics in training will start out with an hourly wage. Payroll is weekly.
Once trained you will be qualified for piece work rates.
