Kitchen / Bathroom Designer:

As a Brothers Services Company Kitchen and Bath Designer you will be responsible for the designing of our clients’ Kitchens and Bathrooms along with Interior remodeling concepts and drawings. The Designer position will work one on one with our clients and sales staff to produce designs and scopes which fit our clients’ budgets. Exceptional oral and written skills, including presentation skills, are a must and a neat, clean, and groomed appearance is required. You will be the pivot person between our client and sales/estimating staff. Innovative thinking and an eye for design and the matching of materials will be at the core of your duties.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of Kitchen and Bath design experience.
• 5 years of 20/20 software experience.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Client interaction and sales experience.
• Computer and software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry).
• Fast learner.
• Ability to quickly comprehend and perform company policies.
• Construction knowledge (building, trades, and materials).
• Mathematical skills and measuring/scale experience.
• A strong desire to learn and build your expertise.
• Innovative and creative design experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to work with multiple Clients and Project Managers.
• Clean, neat and groomed appearance.
• Professional wardrobe.
• Multiple tasking abilities.
